During the Covid-19 pandemic, I collaborated with a multi-disciplinary design team while at Accenture Interactive to pivot the world’s largest fintech festival — Singapore FinTech Festival 2020 — into a 48-hour global digital experience. I focused on Information Architecture and Search Strategy across hundreds of live broadcasts, exhibitor booths, and networking channels, helping the platform scale to 60,000+ attendees across time zones with strong engagement.
