Accenture Interactive for Siam Commercial Bank
Redesigned and modernised the bank’s legacy e-Procurement Portal to facilitate a seamless end-to-end transaction flow between buyers and suppliers. By streamlining the invoice management interface and making it more intuitive and jargon-free, the update improved operational efficiency and clarity for high-volume users.

Accenture Interactive for Singapore FinTech Festival 2020
Amidst global travel restrictions during the COVID-19 pandemic, I collaborated with a multi-disciplinary design team to pivot the world’s largest fintech festival into a 48-hour global digital experience. My specific role focused on architecting the Information Architecture and Search Strategy for a massive ecosystem of hundreds of live broadcasts, exhibitor booths, and networking channels, ensuring seamless discovery for a global audience. The platform successfully hosted over 60,000 attendees, maintaining high engagement across diverse time zones.

A self-initiated passion project focused on modernising the visual and navigational vernacular of Singapore’s transit system. What began as a visual redesign of the iconic Singapore Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) map evolved into a UX audit of Singapore’s transit wayfinding. My goal is to move towards both a system and an experience that reflect the city’s tropical identity while solving areas of navigational friction.
